AUTHORIZES
The Università degli Studi della Campania “L. Vanvitelli”, SELECT (“SELECT - StrEnghten Lay and honorary judges European CompeTencies”) Lead Partner, with registered office in Caserta, street Abramo Lincoln n° 5, to use, free and without limits of duration and space, for documentary, information and communication aims, the photographic shots and audio-visual recordings, even in partial and/or adapted form, the name and/or related personal statements and comments, obtained during the activities carried out within the project.
The undersigned also allows a non-exclusive license, with no limit of duration and for the whole world, transferable to third parties, for the use of the aforementioned photographic and audio-visual recordings, including the rights of national and European laws, including, by way of example and not limited to: right of reproduction in any way or form; right of publication; right of transcription, editing, adaptation, processing and reduction; right of communication and distribution to the public, including the rights of projection, transmission and dissemination, also in summary and/or abridged version, by any technical means, right to keep a copy, also in electronic form and on any known or future technological support invention for the purposes and within the limits defined above. To this end, the undersigned waives any claim of an economic nature related to the use of the image.
The Università degli Studi della Campania “L. Vanvitelli” ensures that photographic shots and audio-visual recordings realized also by other parties involved in the project will be used exclusively to document and disseminate the activities organized within the project through the website and social channels related to the project and the SELECT partnership (composed by Università degli Studi della Campania “L. Vanvitelli”, Union Européenne des Magistrats statuant en matière Commerciale, CONCILIUM Schlichtung und Beratung GmbH, Associazione Nazionale Giudici di Pace, FB European Consulting), project material, as well as information sites or media, digital and non-digital, and during events and initiatives promoted for the project dissemination.
The undersigned also declares to keep undamaged the Università degli Studi della Campania “L. Vanvitelli" from any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense, including legal fees, arising from or in any way related to claims or disputes by third parties, relating to the use of the aforementioned photographic and audio-visual recordings.
In any case, any use that could harm the honour, reputation or decorum of the person portrayed, filmed or registered is excluded.
This consent form may be revoked at any time by written communication to admin@selectproject.eu. This revocation does not preclude the correctness of the treatment carried out on the basis of the consent provided before the revocation.
